At License the Culture, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, and must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Custom or personalized items, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
After 30 days store credit will be available for returns.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s). Customers are responsible for shipping costs
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If the item(s) meet the eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team and let us know the item you wish to exchange and the reason. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
International Returns: For international orders, customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any import duties or taxes that may apply.
